Insurance and Payment
We participate in most major insurance plans*. As a courtesy to our patients, we file with the insurance companies with which we participate. Your insurance requires that we collect your copayment and any deductible at the time service is provided.
If you participate in an HAS, HRA, or FSA, we will verify with your carrier your responsibility prior to your visit. This amount will be due at the time service is provided.
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit cards and personal in-state checks.
